Our grass fed beef is from the Flying T Ranch which is near Bonanza.  Because these beef are raised on grass and because they are Seylor beef, their fat content is quite low.  So, their meat must be handled a little differently than the typical beef.
This all starts with the thawing of the grass fed beef.
